Our contract is detailed to protect you and us. We try to have a transparent approach from the beginning. You should have everything you need to make an educated decision fairly fast. When you get the official quote, the contract will be attached.

Most events are a two-hour load-in, but we like to have access three hours before.

Volume is managed by zone and capped where the venue requires it. Speeches stay intelligible at the back table.

Yes. DJ Cam regularly travels for weddings, corporate events, retreats, and private gatherings. Travel events may include talent fees and hard production costs such as flights, lodging, transportation, or additional production requirements. These details are discussed during planning meetings.

DJ Cam is trusted and paid by many organizations that host fundraisers from year to year and loves partnering with them to make their events profitable. DJ Cam loves working at fundraisers, including galas, concerts, silent auctions, and dances. Like any company, we are a for-profit business with hard costs required to make things happen. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for your next event, but keep in mind that DJ Cam does not provide free staging, lighting, sound, or DJ services. The most profitable fundraisers and non-profits we work with find value in impressing their donors with an entertainment experience worth spending money on. Yes. As soon as you give us the word that you are moving forward, ask us for these and we will get them to you quickly.

Yes. We have power that can run our entire sound system and lighting for an event up to 6 hours.

The default is always clean edits. Explicit versions may be used upon request depending on the environment and type of event. Explicit music will not be played in public or family-oriented spaces unless specifically approved. As an FYI, explicit versions of some songs may not be available.
